Salmon and Vegetable



This dish has definitely been one of my favourite and quickest meals so far . Simply pour some spices on top of the frozen salmon then place in the oven for about 20 minuets. Cut up lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and carrots then serve. 

Banana, Pineapple and Mango Smoothie




For this recipe simply add a handful of mango chunks and ice in to the blender. Cut up 1/4 of a whole pineapple and 1 banana. Blend all of these together and serve.
